摘要
目的探究危重症专职护理小组在COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者序贯机械通气治疗中的作用。方法截取2012年1月至2012年12月在我院ICU病房中实施序贯机械通气治疗的COPD患者共80例,按实施护理的人员不同分为观察组及对照组,每组40例,观察组由危重症专职护理小组进行护理,对照组由普通护理人员进行护理,对比两组患者间临床资料差异性。结果观察组有创通气时间、机械通气总时间及ICU住院时间较对照组均明显缩短(P<0.05);再插管率、VAP发生率较对照组均明显降低,结果提示(P<0.05)。结论 COPD伴呼吸衰竭患者序贯机械通气治疗中,危重症专职护理小组对患者的护理质量更高,更能促进患者病情恢复。
Objective To explore the nursing team of critically ill patients with respiratory failure and sequential mechanical ventilation in COPD. Methods from 2012 January -2012 year in December in our hospital ICU ward in the implementation of sequential mechanical ventilation in the treatment of 80 cases of COPD, according to the nursing staff were divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group, the observation group by intensive care nursing team of nursing, the control group by common nursing care, compared two groups of patients with clinical data were. Conclusion COPD patients with respiratory failure caused by sequential mechanical ventilation therapy, intensive care nursing team more on the quality of patient care, it can promote the patients recovery.
