摘要
高校学生档案是学生在校期间学习生活的真实记录,是用人单位选拔人才的重要依据,学生档案管理是高校重要的基础性工作。随着高校教育体制改革的不断深化,学生档案的数字化是发展的必然趋势。本文通过分析高校学生档案管理过程中存在的问题,提出了建设学生数字化档案管理工作的解决方案。
The university student archives management is a basic work. On the one hand, the university student archives are real record of their school life, on the other, the basis of personnel selection for the employment company. With the deep - going reform in the educational system of institutions of higher learning, digital management of students＇ archives will be imperative. As a matter of fact, the archive administrators are facing more and more problems in their work. In this article, by analyzing the existing problems in the management of university student archives, one solution was proposed, and it was called digital management. The digital management of student archives has become an inevitable trend of this work.
