渐开线齿轮机构输出扭矩波动率与齿间滑动摩擦系数及齿数之关系 被引量:9

The relationships between the fluctuation rate of the output torque of the involute gearing and both the sliding friction coefficient between teeth and tooth numbers

摘要 传统的渐开线齿轮理论不计齿间摩擦的影响 ,它认为 ,只要主动轮输入扭矩保持恒定 ,则从动轮输出扭矩也维持不变。研究充分表明 ,即使渐开线齿轮机构主动轮输入扭矩保持恒定不变 ,但齿间摩擦的存在 ,会使其从动轮输出扭矩发生一定的波动 ;输出扭矩的波动率将与齿间滑动摩擦系数及齿轮齿数密切相关。这里研究结果指出 The traditional theory of the involute gearing,which omits the effect of the friction between teeth,considers provided the input torque of the driving gear of an involute gearing keeps constant,the output torque of its driven gear also keeps unchanged.It has fully been proved by the researches of this article that even if the input torque of an involute gearing keeps contant,the output torque of its driven gear surely fluctuates to a certain extent due to the existence of the sliding friction between teeth.The researches show the fluctuation ratio of the output torque is close televant to the sliding friction coefficient between teeth and the tooth numbers of the gearing.The research result of this paper indicates taking positive and effective measures to minimize the friction between teeth and increasing properly the tooth numbers are the important ways for impelling the output torque of the involute gearing to keep stable.
