摘要
精神病患者护理工作的风险贯穿于诊断、治疗及康复的整个医疗护理过程之中,风险管理是精神病患者的护理工作质量水平的有效保证,因此研究及探讨风险管理在精神科护理管理中的应用具有十分重要的理论与实践意义。本文主要在护理人员、精神病患者及环境等方面对护理风险的识别评估以及护理风险的管理措施进行分析与研究,并提出相应的建议与对策。
Risk of psychiatric patient care throughout diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation of the entire health care process,and risk management is effective guarantee of the quality level of the care of the mentally ill,the study and discussion of risk management in psychiatric nursing managementvery important theoretical and practical significance. In this paper,analyze and research in nursing,mental patients and the environment of care risk identification assessment and nursing risk management measures and make appropriate recommendations and countermeasures.
