食管癌肿瘤标记物miRNA的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 肿瘤标记物是肿瘤在生长过程中产生和释放某些特定类型的化学物质,可以通过检测其含量来判断肿瘤的存在以及其生长情况,并以此作为诊断标准,疗效评估以及预后判定。肿瘤标记物存在形式有多种,可分为肿瘤细胞分泌物以及肿瘤细胞表达物。microRNA（miRNA）是一类长度约为17～25个核苷酸的非编码单链核糖核酸分子。miRNA在动物体内通过转录后调剂方式作用于靶基因，参与细胞的增殖、分化、代谢、凋亡等过程。
