摘要
目的探讨多通道经皮肾镜取石术治疗复杂性肾结石的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析本院2006年3月～2012年11月采用多通道经皮肾镜取石术治疗的168例复杂性肾结石患者的临床资料。结果本组168例复杂性肾结石患者中,行双通道手术119例,三通道手术49例;Ⅰ期手术结石取净142例(84.5%),Ⅱ期结石取净18例(10.7%),Ⅰ期+Ⅱ期结石取净率为95.2%;全部患者术后均随访4个月～2年,均未见结石复发。结论采用多通道经皮肾镜取石术治疗复杂性肾结石疗效显著,能够有效处理各种复杂性肾结石,提高结石清除率,且并发症少,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of multichannel percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treatment of complex kidney stones. Methods 168 cases of patients with complex kidney stones with treatment of multichannel percutaneous nephrolithotomy during March 2006 to November 2012 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results In the 168 patients with complex kidney stones, 119 patients completed the surgery with dual channel and 49 patients with three-channel. The stone clearance rate in phase Ⅰwas 84.5%（142 cases）, 10.7%（18 cases） in phaseⅡand the total clearance rate in phase Ⅰ＋Ⅱ was 95.2%; All patients received postoperative follow-up for 4 months to 2 years and there was no stone recurrence. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of multichannel percutaneous nephrolithotomy is obvious and it can effectively deal with various complex kidney stones to improve stone clearance rate with fewer complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
