摘要
目的观察猫爪草总皂苷体外对人肝癌HepG2细胞活性的影响。方法采用系统溶剂法提取猫爪草总皂苷,3H-TdR掺入法和集落形成实验观察猫爪草总皂苷对HepG2细胞增殖的影响。结果猫爪草总皂苷对HepG2细胞增殖和集落形成均有显著性的抑制作用,呈现较好的量效关系。结论猫爪草总皂苷能较好地抑制HepG2细胞增殖。
Objective To evaluate the effects of radix ranunculus ternate saponins on the activity of human hepatocar cinoma cell line HepG2.Methods The saponins were extracted from radix ranunculus ternate using systematic solvent extraction method.Human hepatocarcinoma cell line HepG2 were treated with the extracts.Cell proliferation was eval uated by 3H-TdR incorporation method and colony formation assay.Results The radix ranunculus ternate saponins could significantly inhibit cell proliferation and colony formation of HepG2 dose-dependently.Conclusion Radix ranunculus ternate saponins could inhibit cell proliferation and colony formation of HepG2 effectively.
