摘要
利用ArcEnige提供的相关接口,依据《宗地代码编制规则(试行)》,实现了宗地的统一编码,在此基础上,实现了宗地的拆分、合并、修改的变更管理。
Based on ＂the Rules for the preparation of parcel code （for Trial Implementation）＂, this paper adopts the interface provided by the ArcEnige to complete the design and implementation of the unified code of land parcel, on this basis, realizes the management of the split, mergenee and modification of the parcel.
