摘要
利用CCMP风场资料,分析了中国周边海域海表风场的季节特征、大风频率以及极值风速,为海洋工程、防灾减灾、航海、海洋水文保障等提供参考.研究发现:①春季,风速大值区分布于阿留申群岛附近,平均风速在8m/s以上,第一岛链以内的平均风速在6m/s以内;夏季盛行西南季风,大值区分布于南海大风区,平均风速在7m/s以上;秋季,日本海、黄海和渤海多西北风,平均风速约7m/s,台湾海峡平均风速可达9m/s以上;冬季,风速多在8～10m/s.②年平均风速大值区分布于阿留申群岛附近,平均风速在9m/s以上;次大值区分布于台湾海峡和吕宋海峡,平均风速在8.5m/s以上;南海大风区平均风速在7.5m/s以上.③大风频率与年平均风速的分布特征大体一致,中国近海的大值区主要分布于台湾海峡、吕宋海峡、琉球群岛附近海域、传统的南海大风区.④第一岛链以内的20年一遇极值风速存在几个相对大值区:渤海中部海域(35～40m/s)、琉球群岛附近海域(40m/s左右)、南海北部海域(35m/s左右);黄海的20年一遇极值风速基本在30～35m/s之间,东海在35～40m/s,台湾海峡在35m/s左右,南海北部在35m/s左右,南海中部在30m/s左右,南海南部在20～30m/s,日本海在40～45m/s,日本以南、菲律宾以东的广阔洋面在40～45m/s,日本以东的洋面基本在50m/s以上,其大值中心可达60m/s.50年一遇极值风速的分布特征与20年一遇极值风速的分布特征较为相似.
The seasonal characteristics of sea surface wind field in the China Sea and adjcent waters were analyzed by using the CCMP（Cross-Calibrated,Multi-Platform） wind data.Results show that：（1） In spring,large area of wind speed distributes in Aliushen Islands,of above 8 m/s.The average wind speed within first island chain is within 6 m/s.Southwest monsoon is current in summer.Large area of summer wind speed locate in the tradition gale of the South China Sea,of above 7 m/s.In autumn,wind direction in Bohai Sea,Yellow Sea and Japan Sea is northwest,and wind speed is about 7 m/s,above 9 m/s in the Taiwan strait.Wind speed in winter is about 8-10 m/s.（2） Large areas of auunal average wind speed locate in the Aliushen Islands（above 9 m/s）,Taiwan strait（above 8.5 m/s）,Lvsong Strait（above 8.5 m/s）,tradition gale of the South China Sea（above 7.5 m/s）.（3） The distribution characteristic of gale frequency is similar to the annual wind speed,large areas mainly locate in the Taiwan strait,Lvsong Strait,Liuqiu Islands and tradition gale of the South China Sea.（4） There are several large areas of 20 years extreme wind speed within the first island chain,center waters of Bohai Sea（35-40 m/s）,Liuqiu Islands waters（about 40 m/s）,north area of the South China Sea（about 35 m/s）.20 years extreme wind speed in the Yellow Sea is about 30-35 m/s,35-40 m/s in the Esat China Sea,about 35 m/s in the north area of the South China Sea,30 m/s in the middle area of the South China Sea,20-30 m/s in the south area of the South China Sea.The distribution characteristics of 50 years extreme wind speed is similar to that of 20 years extreme wind speed.
