玉米赤霉烯酮降解酶ZLHY6活性影响因素研究 被引量:4

摘要 以玉米赤霉烯酮降解酶ZLHY6为研究对象,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,检测玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)的降解率,考察温度、pH值、金属离子对酶活性的影响。结果表明,该酶最适反应温度为37℃;酶降解反应的最适pH值为8.5,并对酸性环境有一定耐受能力;Mg2+对该酶有激活作用,Cu2+、Mn2+、Co2+、Ca2+对该酶有抑制作用。 The degradation rate of zearalenones(ZEN)was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with ZLHY6 as zearalenone degrading enzyme.The effect of temperature,pH and metal ions on enzymatic activity was studied.The results indicated that the optimum reaction temperature of zearalenone degrading enzymes was 37 ℃;the optimum pH for enzymatic hydrolysis reaction was 8.5,and the degrading enzyme had a certain tolerance to acidity.Mg^2+ had activation but Cu^2+、Mn^2+、Co^2+、Ca^2+ inhibited the activity of the degrading enzyme.
