摘要
随着网络的普及与广泛应用,网络给人们的生活、工作带来了极大的便捷。但是由于一些网民公民意识的缺失,导致其公民素质差、网络行为失范,影响着网络的健康发展和人们的生活、工作与社会的和谐发展。所以,分析网络公民的主要特征和网民的公民意识缺失情况,有针对性地加强网民的公民意识和素质培养,就具有重要的社会意义。
Along with the network popularization and application,network has brought great convenience to people’s life and work.But due to the lack of citizen consciousness in some netizens,it leads to the citizens ’ poor qualities and the network behavior anomie.It affects the healthy development of the Internet and the harmonious development of people’s life,work and society.So it has an important social significance to analyze the main features of the cyber citizens and lack of citizen awareness of netizens and to strengthen the citizen consciousness and quality cultivation of netizens.
