摘要
用漆酶对搓磨分丝后的马尾松机械浆进行预处理,并研究酶用量对纸浆特性和纸张强度的影响。结果表明:经漆酶预处理后,有利于减少纸浆细小纤维含量,提高游离度和降低白水阳离子需求量。当漆酶用量适宜时,有利于提高纸张撕裂指数、抗张指数和零距抗张指数。原子力显微镜和扫描电镜检测结果表明,经酶预处理后纤维表面部分木素和抽出物被脱除,破坏了原有的光滑表面,将纤维细胞壁的微细纤维暴露出来,导致纤维表面粗糙度增加。
In this paper the effect oflaccase pretreatment on pulp properties and paper strength was studied. It was found that the pretreatment is effective in improving the freeness, decreasing the cationic demand and reducing the contents of fiber fines. When the enzyme dosage was optimum, the paper strength was enhanced after the pretreatment, q-he fiber morphology was also researched by the analysis of SEM and AFM. q-he result showed that the fiber surface roughness and fine fibrosis degree increased after laccase treatment.
