摘要
以实际工程中常用的C30、C40、C50强度等级的混凝土为研究对象,系统研究了不同强度等级混凝土在不同养护方式下的变形特性。结果表明:不同强度等级的混凝土变形特性有较大的区别,强度等级越高,饱水养护条件下的膨胀变形越小;密封养护条件下的自收缩变形越大。采用GB/T 50082—2009中规定的试验方法测试时,不同强度等级混凝土的干燥收缩值差异很小,当扣除自收缩的影响后,强度等级越高的混凝土,其干燥收缩值越小。
This paper first studies mechanical properties of three strength grade concrete including C30,C40 and CS0,then systematically studies the deformation behavior of different strength concrete under different curing conditions. Experimental results showed that the higher the level of concrete strength,the smaller expansion deformation of concrete cured in saturated condition, the greater autogenous shrinkage deformation of concrete under sealed caring. When the test is conducted as per the test method specified in the national standard GB/T 50082--2009,small differences of drying shrinkage of different strength grade concrete, however, after deducting the impact of the autogenous shrinkage,the higher the level of concrete strength,the smaller drying shrinkage deformation of concrete.
