摘要
基于1999～2009年中国造纸与橡胶企业层面的微观面板数据,运用Difference-in-difference方法实证研究美国双反政策对中国企业绩效的影响。分析结果表明,在控制了企业规模、经营年限、所有制等企业特征后,美国对华双反政策降低了中国企业的销售产值、产品销售收入以及劳动生产率,对中国企业绩效产生了显著的负面影响;同时,美国对华双反政策效应还存在时滞性。为此,中国政府应根据企业遭受双反调查的影响程度来制定差异化的对策。
Based on micro panel data of Chinese manufacturing firms from paper and rubber industries during 1999- 2009, this paper makes an empirical analysis using Difference-in-difference method to study the impact of U.S. anti-dumping and countervailing policy on the Chinese firm performance. The result shows that after controlling firm scale, operating period and ownership, U.S. anti-dumping and countervailing policy reduces sales value output value, sales revenue and labor productivity of Chinese firms, which dramatically and negatively influences the performance of Chinese firms. At the same time, time delay of the effect of U.S. anti-dumping and countervailing policy also exists. Therefore, it is essential for Chinese government to take different measures in terms of firms＇ impact degree suffered from the anti-dumping and countervailing investigation.
