摘要
基于小微企业规模限制、管理不善、融资难等问题的日益突出,小微企业的发展不容乐观。本文以马鞍山市某冶金材料有限公司为例,分析企业内部知识共享行为与员工工作绩效的相关性,并构建企业内部知识共享行为对员工工作绩效影响的模型,通过问卷调查,对模型进行验证与分析,并对小微企业如何提高员工工作绩效提出建议。
Based on the limit of the size in the small and micro enterprises,poor management,financing difficulties and other issues have become increasingly prominent,the development of small and micro enterprises is not optimistic.In this paper,a Ma'anshan Metallurgical Materials Co.Ltd.as an example to be analyzed on the relationship between the internal knowledge sharing behavior and employees' job performance;and built a model of internal knowledge sharing behavior on employees' job performance.After a questionnaire survey,the model was verified and analyzed,and made some suggestions for enhancing the employees' job performance to the small and micro enterprises.
