摘要
实时工业以太网是工业控制通信领域研究的热点。对国际电工委员会制定的工业以太网与现场总线规范进行了深入研究,并对入选其中的10种实时以太网技术进行了分析、归类。重点对目前工业以太网中实时性最好的EtherCAT协议进行了深入研究,详细分析了EtherCAT网络的拓扑结构、通信原理及其主站、从站的协议构成。经过对IEC61158中的各种工业通信标准进行分析后,得出工业通信网络的发展方向:实时以太网和现场总线将向着开放统一的方向发展。
The Real-time Industrial Ethernet technology is a hotpot in the industrial control communication area.The Industrial communication networks-Fieldbus specifications,which are made by the International Electrotechnical Commission,are deeply researched in this paper.Also,ten kinds of Real-time Industrial Ethernet technologies have been studied and classified in the paper.Especially,the EtherCAT technology which characterizes the best real-time property in this period is deeply researched.EtherCAT network topological structures,its communication principle,and the components of its master and slaves are carefully discussed.After the research of the communication protocol standards in IEC61158 specifications,the paper draws the conclusion that the all the Real-time Industrial Ethernet networks and Field buses will develop in the direction that they can communicate with each other in the future.
