摘要
针对目前专用装备控制系统软件重用性低、升级维护困难等问题,提出了研发基于UMAC运动控制器的通用控制系统软件的设计思想。通过对现有装备控制系统软件体系结构和共性功能进行深入分析,建立了具备硬件接口抽象层、控制逻辑层和HMI人机界面层三层软件架构的通用控制系统软件。针对HMI随控制对象的不同经常需要发生改动的问题,设计了可配置的HMI模板,并开发了可配置的机床状态监测通用界面模块。应用结果表明,该通用数控系统软件具有较好的重用性和可扩展性。
For a series of problems encountered in reusability,updating and maintenance of the special equipment control system,the design idea of developing the universal control system software based on UMAC is put forward.The universal CNC software with a hardware abstract layer,control logical layer and HMI man-machine interface layer is developed,through the thorough analysis of the control system structure and universal function of the existing equipment.Due to the problem that HMI with different control objects needs to change,the reconfigurable HMI template is designed and the reconfigurable tool status monitoring universal interface module is developed.The application results show that the general CNC system software has good reusability and scalability.
