神经型一氧化氮合酶在肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻中的表达研究

摘要 目的探讨神经型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)在肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻(UPJO)中的表达及其在疾病发生、发展中的作用。方法选择2009年5月-2012年10月我院收治的UPJO 50例为观察组,同期收治的肾盂输尿管连接部切缘无肿瘤细胞浸润的肾肿瘤15例为对照组。用免疫印迹法检测两组肾盂输尿管连接部组织nNOS的表达,并比较其与临床病理因素的关系。结果观察组nNOS灰度值为0.34±0.027,对照组为0.70±0.015,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。卡方检验显示nNOS表达的下降与患者的年龄有关(χ2=4.62,P=0.036),与疾病的梗阻程度有关(χ2=5.03,P=0.027),与性别无关(P>0.05)。结论 UPJO患者nNOS表达明显减少,其在UPJO的发生、发展中可能发挥重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of neuronal nitric oxide synthase(nNOS) in ureteropelvic junction obstruction(UPJO),and its significance in pathogenesis and disease progress.Methods Clinical data of 50 patients with ureteropelvic junction obstruction in our hospital during May 2009 and October 2012 were collected as observation group,and 15 patients with renal neoplasm whose tissues were not invaded by tumor cells histologically were collected as control group.The nNOS expressions of pyeloureteral junction part in the two groups were detected by Western blotting,and correlations between nNOS expression and clinical factors of UPJO in the two groups were also compared respectively.Results The gray density of nNOS in observation group was 0.34 ± 0.027 and 0.70 ± 0.015 in control group respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Chi square test showed that there were negatively correlations between nNOS expression with the patients age(χ2 = 4.62,P = 0.036) and obstructive degree of UJPO(χ2 = 5.03,P = 0.027).Conclusion Neuronal nitric oxide synthase expression may be significantly reduced in patients with UPJO,and nNOS may play a key role in pathogenesis and disease progress of UPJO.
