摘要
简述了长寿分厂天然气脱水装置气提废气排放的现状 ,并提出了四种整改方案。通过对四种整改方案的比较 ,采用了最经济合理的一种方案。同时 ,对已付诸实施的整改方案进行了经济效益和社会效益评估 ,为该厂实施HSE管理体系奠定了坚实的基础。
This paper briefly states the present situation of the stripping waste gas discharge from natural gas dehydrate unit and it's four rehabilitation schemes.After evaluating their economical and social benefit,the most economical and rational scheme was chosen.It lays a solid foundation for executing HSE management in Changshou branch.
