摘要顽固性心力衰竭是指经优化的内科治疗消除并发症和诱因后,心力衰竭症状和临床状态仍未能得到改善甚至恶化。心力衰竭和肾功能不全常并存,并互为因果,临床上将此种状态称为心肾综合征,预后差。我们应用左西孟旦联合大剂量呋塞米治疗1例超高龄顽固性心力衰竭并肾功能不全患者．获得成功。
