摘要
为了降低稠油出砂井的冷采成本 ,在对螺杆泵生产井杆管的受力、扭矩、应力及强度计算和分析的基础上 ,提出了采用 63 5mm小直径油管和 2 5 4mm抽油杆配PJG2 5—Ⅱ型接箍技术。在 1 5口施工井中 ,采用小直径油管井 8口 ,成功率 1 0 0 %,年增油 2 1 3 5t。现场试验表明 ,螺杆泵配小直径油管采油技术对稠油出砂井具有较强的适应性 ,可满足螺杆泵采油工艺要求 ,为改善稠油出砂井的生产现状提供了新的途径。
To reduce the production cost of sandy viscous crude wells, on the basis of calculation and analysis of the tubing and rod in screw pump wells, it is proposed to use *J63 5mm tubing and *J25 4mm sucker rod matching with Model PJG25—Ⅱ coupling. Application shows that screw pump matching with minor diameter tubing string is suitable for the production of sandy viscous crude wells.
