乳腺叶状肿瘤诊疗现状 被引量：5

摘要 乳腺叶状肿瘤是一种较少见的乳腺疾病，有肿块突然增大病史。术前穿刺细胞学诊断较为困难，主要依靠术后的病理诊断。其治疗根据肿瘤的分级不同而采用不同的手术方式切除为主。腋窝淋巴结转移少见，手术时很少行腋窝淋巴结清扫。放疗、化疗、内分泌治疗等非手术治疗无明确的治疗意义，主要用于手术不能切除的复发转移患者。肿瘤的复发及预后与首次手术方式的选择有很大的关联，并与肿瘤本身的组织学性质有一定的联系。
