摘要
为解决盾构工法近距离下穿运营既有地铁车站中盾构总沉降控制问题,通过采取盾构施工前对障碍物进行探测、区间与车站之间土体的加固、盾构推进和注浆参数的合理确定及盾构机注浆系统的改进等一系列措施,确保了盾构在整个下穿过程中的顺利推进,并使整个施工过程的总沉降量控制在-1.7 mm以内,达到了施工前评估报告要求的-3~+2 mm的控制标准,为盾构下穿既有站施工的沉降控制积累了经验。
Settlement control is fundamental for the successful shield boring crossing underneath existing Metro stations. A series of technologies, including obstacle exploration in advance, consolidation of ground between the shield-bored tunnel and the existing Metro station, determination of proper shield boring parameters and grouting parameters, and op- timization of the grouting system of the shield machine, are adopted, which ensures the successful boring of the shield machine. In the end, the total settlement induced by the shield tunneling is less than - 1.7 mm, which meets the re- quirement of the assessment report. The paper can provide reference for the settlement control in similar projects in the future.
