摘要
采用高导电性石墨KS6作为单质硫的载体,热处理制得高硫含量(>60%)的S/KS6复合材料,对比了平面集流体、三维集流体制备的硫电极对电池循环性能的影响。用XRD、循环伏安、交流阻抗和恒流充放电测试,对复合材料进行了分析。采用硫碳质量比2∶1的S/KS6复合材料和三维集流体的锂硫电池,具有较高的容量和较好的循环稳定性,以0.05 C在1.5~2.5 V充放电,第30次循环的放电容量仍有首次循环的83.6%。
High sulfur content( 〉60% )S/KS6 composite for lithium-sulfur(Li/S) battery was synthesized by heat treatment with high electric conduction KS6 graphite as carrier of element sulfur. The effects of sulfur electrode using plane current collector,three- dimension current collector on cycle performance of battery were compared. The composite was analyzed by XRD, cyclic voltamme- try, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and galvanostatic charge-discharge tests. Li/S battery using S/KS6 composite with sul- fur-carbon mass ratio of 2:1 and three-dimension current collector had higher capacity and better cycle stability ,when charged-discharged in 1.5 -2.5 V with 0. 05 C,its discharge capacity in the 30th cycle was 83.6% of the initial cycle.
