摘要
作为新型的计算服务模式,云计算已慢慢成为现代社会人们低成本、高效率处理数据信息的重要方式。云计算技术虽然给人们带来了极大的信息自由,但云计算环境下用户数据信息"交由第三人代管"的新型服务模式、黑客侵袭云计算数据中心、计算机软件病毒通过网络传播、云计算系统的硬件设备易受外界干扰以及云计算服务提供商缺乏统一的技术标准等因素均对个人信息安全提出挑战。我国目前法律法规对云计算环境下个人信息安全保护严重缺位,亟需借鉴他国立法经验,尽快完善个人信息安全立法。
As a modern computing service,Cloud Computing has become an important way in data processing due to its lost cost and high efficiency.Cloud Computing has brought large information freedom to people,on the other hand,＂ Managed by the third party＂,hacker attack,computer virus spread through the network,cloud computing system hardware is susceptible by outside interference,cloud computing service providers lack of unified technical standards,and some other factors,appear to be the challenges for personal information safety.Our current laws and regulations lack the protection for personal information safety in Cloud Computing environment.We need to draw on the experience of the legislative experience from other countries,to improve our personal information protection legislation as soon as possible.
