摘要
关于组织建言行为的研究始于20世纪70年代,近年来,越来越多的学者开始从不同层面开始研究,本文从组织建言行为的研究背景入手,介绍了组织建言行为的概念、特点,目前的理论模型及其影响因素和测量手段,最后总结了建言行为未来的发展趋势。
Researches on employee voice in organisation began from the 1970s. In recent years, more and more scholars have made their researches on it in different levels. This article begins from the researching background of employee voice in organisation, then introduces its concept, features, present models and influencing factors as well as measuring method, finally makes a conclusion of its future developing trend.
