摘要
[目的]观察益肾柔肝通络汤治疗神经性耳鸣疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例门诊患者按抽签方法随机分为两组,对照组60例①西比灵,5mg/(片.次),每晚1次,口服;②谷维素,20mg/次,3次/d,口服,治疗组60例益肾柔肝通络汤(熟地黄、山萸肉、磁石各30g,川芎、石决明、丹参、葛根各20g,当归、白芍、牛膝、路路通各15g,桔梗、石菖蒲各12g),共取汁400mL,分早晚2次温服,连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈27例,显效20例,有效9例,无效4例,总有效率93.00%。对照组痊愈19例,显效18例,有效11例,无效12例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益肾柔肝通络汤治疗神经性耳鸣疗效满意。
[Objective]To observe the kidney Rougan pass network Soup treatment nerve tinnitus efficacy.[Methods]Randomized controlled method,120 outpatients balloting were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of 60 patients 1 Sibelium of 5 mg,1 night,orally.oryzanol 20mg / time,3 times / d,orally,treatment group,60 cases of kidney Rougan Tong Luo Tang（Shudihuang,Shanyurou,Cishi 30g,Chuanxiong,Shijueming,Danshen,Gegen 20g,Danggui,Baishao,Niuxi,Lulutong 15g,Jugeng,Shichangpu 12g）,total juice 400mL,minutes morning and evening,warm clothes,continuous treatment for 30 days for a course.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous one course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure in 27 cases,20 cases markedly effective in 9 cases,4 cases,the total efficiency of 93.00%.Control group,19 cases were cured,18 cases markedly effective in 11 cases,12 cases,the total efficiency of 80.00%.The treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] The kidney Rougan tongluo soup treatment of tinnitus results were satisfactory.
