摘要
介绍了320万t/a柴油加氢装置运行一个周期后,反应器、塔、换热器、容器、空冷器、加热炉等主要设备腐蚀调查情况,分析了设备主要腐蚀机理以及腐蚀破坏形态,针对装置目前腐蚀情况,提出了在下一个运行周期应从选材、定点测厚、工艺防腐等几个方面采取的防护措施,同时建议建立腐蚀数据库,提供一个快捷高效的共享操作平台,将腐蚀监测数据全部纳入腐蚀数据管理系统,实现腐蚀趋势分析,评价设备的腐蚀动态,提高对腐蚀综合管理和控制力度,进一步提升设备管理水平,保障装置安全运行。
This paper introduces the corrosion investigation of the reactor,tower,heat exchanger,containers,air cooler,heater and other main equipments of the 3.2million tons / year diesel hydrogenation plant after it ran for one cycle.It analyzes the main corrosion mechanism and corrosion patterns of the equipments.According to the present corrosion situation of the plant,the paper proposes to take some protective measures from several aspects such as the selection of process materials,designated thickness and process corrosion.Meanwhile,it suggests establishing corrosion database and provides a quick and efficient sharing operating platform.It is also suggested to bring all the corrosion monitoring data into corrosion data management system to realize corrosion trend analysis and dynamic evaluation of equipment corrosion,improve the comprehensive management and control of corrosion,which further enhance the management of equipment and ensure the safe operation of the device.
