浅谈高职院校“分层教学”的意义 被引量:4

摘要 随着高校生源的持续减少,高职教育的改革特别是招生方式的改革逐步深入,面对高职的"生源"挑战,高职招生的"多元化"趋势,如何提高高职院校教育质量,提高教学的效率和效果,特别是高职教育面临的"因材施教"问题,是迫切需要解决的主要矛盾,其中"分层教学"不失为一种重要的手段和方法。本文结合工作实践探索,就高职教学中关于"分层教学"概念的引入提出了认识和体会,对提高教育教学质量的人才培养方法具有一定的指导作用。 With the continued decline of the source of college students, reform of vocational education, especially the reform of the recruiting students mode, challenge of the source of college students, trend of "diversification"of recruiting students, how to improve the quality of higher education, and improve teaching efficiency and effect, especially the problem of "individualized teaching", are the principal contradictions urgently needed to be solved. The hierarchical teaching is regarded as an important mean and method. This paper proposed understanding and experience of hierarchical teaching which introduced in vocational teaching, and with the work practice and exploration, and gave guidance for talent training method to improve the quality of ed- ucation and teaching.
