摘要
日本最初通过朝鲜半岛接受中国的针灸疗法,但因年代久远,这段历史已相当不清晰,相关学者的研究存在矛盾、缺失甚至谬误之处。通过文献考证,厘清了前人对这段历史研究中的模糊矛盾之处。研究结果表明:①朝鲜医师金波镇汉纪武赴日治愈天皇腿疾,并未采用针灸疗法,而是运用了药物疗法。②中国赐日本《针经》一书早于智聪携《明堂图》赴日,这是针灸典籍最早传入日本的事件,而且很有可能是经过朝鲜半岛传入的。③虽没有直接证据表明日朝之间的使节往来传入了针灸疗法,但根据那个时期的传说和神话故事,可以推测日本通过朝鲜半岛接受了针灸疗法。
Japan initially accepted Chinese acupuncture therapy from Korean Peninsula But this historical fact was blurred because of remote dynasties. Scholars＂ research into this field was of paradox, shortage and even mis takes. The present study cleared those vagueness and faults, finding that ①Korean doctor Jinbo Zhenhan Jiwu who went to Japan to treat disease on Japanese Emperors legs applied medication instead of acupuncture; ②The book of Classic of Acupuncture which was gifted to Japan by China arrived early than Acupuncture and Moxibustion Chart, which was the earliest historical fact that acupuncture was spread to Japan through Korean Peninsula probably; ③Even though there was not any proof of diplomatic envoys between China and Japan who broadcasted acupuncture, it can be speculated according to legends and fairy tales at that time that Japan accepted acupuncture through Korean Peninsula.
