摘要
采用失重、扫描电镜(SEM)、电子能谱(EDS)等方法研究了316L,13Cr以及3Cr3三种不同铬含量管线钢材质在模拟集输系统CO2腐蚀环境中腐蚀行为。结果表明,在模拟气、液相腐蚀环境中,316L发生轻度腐蚀,13Cr发生中度腐蚀,3Cr发生极严重腐蚀,13Cr发生了Cl-点蚀。3种材料耐蚀性依次为316L>13Cr>3Cr。推荐选用316L内衬复合管作为雅克拉气田集输管线抗腐蚀综合治理材料。
The corrosion behavior of three kinds of pipeline steels with different Cr contents, induding 316L, 13Cr and 3Cr, in simulated CO2 gathering system was investiguated by weight loss method, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDS) and so on. The results show that in the simulated corrosive environment, 316L suffered mild corrosion, 13Cr suffered moderate corrosion and 3Cr suffered very severe corrosion and 13Cr suffered C1 pitting. The corrosion resistance of these three materals is in the following order: 31612〉13Cr〉3Cr. The composite pipe lined with 316L is recommerded as the anti-corrosion material of Yakela gas field gathering and transportation pipelines.
