摘要
脂质体具有内腔亲水性和膜层亲油性的两亲性结构及双分子层的可调节性,它的结构和成分类似于生物膜,组织亲和力强,无毒性,生物相容性和降解性良好。药物包封于脂质体内不仅可以改变药物的药代动力学特征,降低药物的毒副作用,且能保留或提高其活性。本工作中,我们采用薄膜分散法制备了一种PEG修饰的长循环姜黄素脂质体,相比于未修饰的姜黄素脂质体,该脂质体分散性单一,稳定性好,且药物包封率高。
Liposome had an amphiphilic bilayer membrane which can be regulatory, whose structure and composition was similar to the biological membrane, such as strong affinity, non -toxicity, good biocompatibility and degradability. It can not only change the pharmacokinetic characteristics and reduce the side effects of drug, but also retain or improve its activity when it to be coated in the liposome. Long circulating PEGylated curcumin - liposome was prepared and character- ized by thin film dispersion method. This liposome had uniform distribution and good stability. Meanwhile, the encapsula- tion efficiency of curcumin was very high.
