高铁轴承试验台粉尘箱中气固两相流动的数值模拟 被引量:2

Numerical Simulation on Gas-Particular Two Phase Flows in Dust Box of High-Speed Railway Bearing Test Bench

摘要 采用Fluent软件的湍流模型和离散相模型对防粉尘轴承试验台粉尘箱内部的流场和粉尘颗粒运动轨迹进行了数值模拟,得到了粉尘箱内气体速度的梯度变化和不同粒径粉尘颗粒的运动轨迹。计算结果表明:当粉尘颗粒直径较小时,跟随性较好,其速度场与气流场分布相似;但随着颗粒直径的增大,其惯性力增大,速度方向改变缓慢,与轴承和粉尘箱壁面的碰撞次数增多,不同直径的颗粒呈现出不同的运动轨迹。 The flow field and the track of the dust particles in the dust box of dust proof bearing test bench are simula-ted by using the turbulence model and discrete phase model of Fluent, and the gradient variation of air velocity and the track of the dust particles with different diameter in the dust box are obtained. The result shows that the dust particles have good following performance, and their velocity field distribution is similar with flow field distribution while their di- ameters are small. But with the increase of particles diameter,the inertial force increases. In addition, the velocity di-rection changes slowly and the collision frequency of the dust particles with the wall of bearings and dust box increases. The dust particles with different diameter present different track.
