摘要
对数据资源进行描述是数据组织的一项重要基础性工作,其目的是使海量、异构、分布的数据资源实现有序化。提出一种面向应用的多层次数据资源描述框架。通过对数据资源的外部特征、内部元素、组织结构以及数据之间的关系等进行全面的描述,能够使用户掌握数据资源的相关信息,为用户发现、获取和利用数据奠定基础。
The description of data resource is a fundamental work for data organisation, the purposes is to get the mass, isomerous and distributed data resource in order. The paper proposes an application-oriented multi-level data resource descriptive frame. Through the comprehensive description of exterior characteristics, internal elements, organisation structure as well as the relationship between the data, users can understand relevant information about the data resource, and this lays the foundation on the discovery, acquisition and use of the data resources.
