摘要 在介绍植物表皮蜡质的组成、结构、合成、运输等研究进展的基础上,对植物表皮蜡质在果蔬发育和贮藏中的作用进行了综述,以期为深入研究植物表皮蜡质合成及其在果蔬贮藏中的作用提供参考。 The research progress of composition,structure,synthesis and transportation of the plant cuticle wax were mainly introduced,and its roles during the development and storage of fruits and vegetables were summarized,in order to provide some references for the further study of the plant cuticle wax synthesis and it's roles in the storage of fruits and vegetables.
