摘要
分析THG400卧式四轴加工中心机床结构,基于多体系统理论建立卧式四轴加工中心的综合空间误差模型,分析机床某相邻体间变换特征矩阵运算方法;给出机床综合空间误差模型实际应用的基本思路,建立的综合空间误差模型能全面准确地为数控机床误差补偿的实际应用提供理论基础。
The construction of horizontal four-axis machining center is analyzed,based on multi-body system theory.The synthetic volumetric error model of horizontal four-axis machining center is built,as well as the transformation matrix calculation method of one′s adjacent body of machine tool is introduced.The practical applicable basic idea of the synthetic volumetric error model is proposed,the results show that the synthetic volumetric error model is established that can fully and accurately provide some basis for practical application of the error compensation of NC machine tool.
