盐胁迫对鸭儿芹种子萌发的影响 被引量:11

摘要 以鸭儿芹种子为对象,研究其在浓度为0、50、100、150、200mmol/L的NaCl、NaNO3、CaCl23种单盐胁迫下种子萌发的特性。结果表明,与对照相比,在这3种单盐胁迫下,随着盐浓度的增加,鸭儿芹种子的发芽率、相对发芽势、发芽指数和根长均有不同程度的降低,相对盐害率升高,种子开始发芽时间推迟并且发芽过程延长。鸭儿芹种子耐盐适宜范围为NaCl 97.78mmol/L、NaNO3103.38mmol/L、CaCl269.12mmol/L,耐盐半致死浓度为NaCl 162.04mmol/L、NaNO3176.05mmol/L、CaCl2113.76mmol/L,耐盐极限浓度为NaCl 264.87mmol/L、NaNO3292.33mmol/L、CaCl2185.19mmol/L。通过建立不同盐分处理的种子相对发芽率(Y)与盐浓度(X)之间的回归方程得出,CaCl2盐胁迫对鸭儿芹种子萌发抑制作用最大,NaCl次之,NaNO3最弱。试验结果对盐渍化土壤推广鸭儿芹栽培提供参考价值。 The effects of the treatments of 0, 50,100,150 and 200 mmol/L, of NaC1, NaNO3 and CaC12, respectively,on the seed germination of Cryptotaenia japonica were studied. The results showed that the germination percentage,relative germination vigor, germination index as well as the root length of the C. japonica seed all declined in various degrees with the saline salinity increase,the relative salt damage rate raised,the germinating time of the seed began to postpone and the germination process extended. The suitable salt concentration for C. japonica seed germination was 97. 78 mmol/L NaCI, 103. 38 mmol/L NaNO3 ,and 69. 12mmol/L CaCl2, respectively. The half-lethal concentration and fatal concentrations of NaCl, NaNO3 and CaClz were 162. 04,176. 05,113. 76 mmol/L, and 264. 87,292. 33,185. 19 mmol/L, respectively. The linear regression between relative germination percentage of C. japonica seed and salt stress indicated that CaCl2had greater inhibiting effects than NaC1 and NaNO3 on seed germination of C. japonica. The investigation is valuable for the growth of C. japonica in salt-affected soil.
