摘要
针对天津城市建设学院土木工程专业教育评估视察报告指出的专业建设问题,坚持"以评促建,以评促改,以评促管,评建结合,重在建设"的原则,提出了加强专业建设的总体思路,指出了以完善师资队伍结构、改革教学体系与课程内容、加强教学管理和教学实验室建设、深化人才培养模式改革为主的专业建设措施,总结了近几年我校土木工程专业建设取得的成效,凝练了专业建设的特色.
According to the construction problems provided by education evaluation report of the civil engineering program in Tianjin Institute of Urban Construction （TIUC）, the authors insistedthe principles of the ＂promoting construction by education evaluation, promoting modification by education evaluation, promoting administration by education evaluation, focusing on construction＂, this paper put forwards the overall thoughts of strengthening professional construction, pointing out profes sional construction measures which based on improving the structure of teachers, reforming the teaching system and curriculum contents, building the teaching managements, strengthening the teaching laboratory building, and deepening the reform of the personnel training modes. It also summed up the achievements of civil engineering program in recent years, which concise the characteristics of the construction.
