摘要
在水平井分段压裂时,常规封隔器存在中途坐封和不能承受高的坐封压力的问题。研制了K341型裸眼水平井压裂封隔器,设计有防中途坐封机构,保证封隔器能可靠坐封。单流控制阀关闭机构使该封隔器在坐封时免受高压力作用。室内及现场试验表明:该封隔器坐封可靠、承压能力强,满足水平井分层压裂工艺要求。
Some problems occur in conventional packer while fracturing, such as not withstanding high pressure. To solve these problems,a research was made and K341 Packer was designed with specbd rubber element for openhole horizontal well Fracturing. The design of anti presetting irn proves the reliability of packer and the design of one way flow control valve prevents the bad effects from high pressure to the packer. Lab and field tests show lhat this packer is reliable, withstanding high pressure,and it is suitable for horizontal well multi staged fracturing.
