摘要
班级是高校进行学生管理、开展高效的思想政治工作的基本组织单位。一个健康向上、向心力强的班集体对于大学新生快速适应大学生活,从而顺利完成大学生活,具有深远的影响和重要的意义。本文试从新生班级建设的必要性、建设的内容和方法三个方面阐释了笔者对大学新生班级建设的几点思考。
The class is the basic unit of college student manage- ment and effective ideological and political work. A healthy, up- ward and cohesive class has a far-reaching impact and signifi- cance for university students to quickly adapt to university life and successfully complete university life. From such three as- pects as the necessity, content and method of class management for college freshmen, this paper interprets several reflections on class construction of college freshmen.
