摘要
目的探讨妇产科患者术后疼痛的心理护理效果。方法将226例手术患者随机分为试验组和对照组各113例。手术后,评估2组疼痛情况,并予相应的疼痛护理、体位护理及镇痛药物护理。在此基础上,试验组手术前予心理护理。观察2组术后疼痛情况。结果试验组镇痛总有效率为88.5%高于对照组的69.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论手术前的心理护理结合镇痛药物的合理使用,能显著减轻患者术后疼痛情况,促进患者康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the effect of patients psychological care on postoperative pain of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods 226 cases surgical patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each of 113 cases. After operation,evaluated the pain situation of 2 groups,and given appropriate pain care,postural nursing care and analgesic drugs care. On that basis,experimental group were given psychological care before operation. Observed the pain situation of 2 groups after operation. Results The analgesic total effective rate of experimental group （88.5%） was higher than that of control group （69.0%） ,the difference was statistically significant （P0.01） . Conclusion Psychological care combined with rational use of analgesic drugs before operation can significantly reduce postoperative pain conditions,promote the rehabilitation of patients,and worthy of clinical application.
