摘要
目的观察并探讨中医综合疗法用于胸腰椎压缩性骨折的疗效和优势。方法选取2010年10月-2012年3月增城市派潭镇中心卫生收治的胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者69例,采取中医综合疗法,具体措施包括过伸复位、腰部牵引、垫枕练功、药物治疗。对照组50例采用过伸复位、垫枕练功治疗。治疗1.5个月后参照国家中医药管理局发布的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》对患者的恢复情况进行评价,6个月～1年采用各种方式进行随访,观察患者生活质量。结果治疗组效果显示优40例,良25例,差4例,优良率92.75%(65/69);对照组效果显示优29例,良11例,差10例,优良率80.00%(40/50),两组优良率存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论采用中医综合疗法,在过伸复位、腰部牵引、垫枕练功之余,配合外敷中药治疗,能有效治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折。
Objective To observe and explore the efficacy and benefits of TCM combination therapy for thoracolumbar compression fracture. Methods Select 69 thoracolumbar compression fracture patients as treatment group,which came to our hospital for treatments from October 2010 to March 2012.using the combination therapy of TCM,including hyperextension reset,lumbar traction,pillow practice,drug treatment.Control group 50 patients use hyperextension reset,pillow practice.One and a half months later, referring to State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine《TCM Syndrome Diagnostic efficacy of the standard》,we evaluate recovery of patients. Within six months to one year,we observe the quality of life in patients.Results Treatment group indicated excellent in 40 cases, good in 25 cases, and poor in 4 cases, good rate of 92.75%. Control group indicated excellent in 29 cases, good in 11 cases, 10 cases of poor, good rate of 80.00%. Significant differences exists（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination therapy of TCM,including hyperextension reset,lumbar traction,pillow practice,drug treatment,is proved to be quite effective in the treatment of thoracolumbar compression fractures.
