摘要
介绍了温州市为治理城市内河污染而进行的地下排水管网普查和污染源调查实施程序和作业过程,此次普查成果为政府部门提供了截污纳管决策依据以及今后对市政排水管线的信息化管理都提供了重要的基础数据。特别针对污染源调查的专项工作从污染源的确定到排污量计算等等都做了详细的介绍。
The management for inland river pollution, underground drainage pipelines census, the survey implementa- tion program and homework pollution process of Wenzhou city was introduced. The cut pollution annotates decision-mak- ing basis for municipal drainage pipeline and the future of all information management and important basic data were pro- vided by results of survey. Special works of pollution source investigation from the determination of pollution source to pollution amount calculation were introduced. It was referred to other cities to do the work.
