摘要
执政党建设一直是中国共产党关注的一个重要问题。十八大站在新的历史起点上,将科学发展观由以往的重要指导方针明确为行动指南,提出建设学习型、服务型、创新型的马克思主义政党,把纯洁性建设与执政能力、先进性建设一同作为党的建设的主线,对新形势下党的建设进行了重点安排,丰富和发展了马克思主义执政党建设理论,为全面建成小康社会条件下的党的建设提供了科学的理论指导和实施方略。
The construction d the ruling party has always been an important issue for the CPC. Starting from a new historical standpoint, the 18th National Congress changed the outlook on scientific development from an important guiding principle into an action guide, and proposes the construction of a learning-oriented, service-oriented, and innovation-oriented Marxist party. The congress treated the construction for purification, the ruling ability and the construction for advancement as the mainline in the construction of the party, and arranged the construction of the party in new situations, thus enriching and developing the theory of con- structing Marxist riding parties, and providing scientific theoretical guidance and implementing strategies for the construction of the CPC in the genend background of building a well-off society.
