摘要
MoS2干膜比常用润滑油、润滑脂承载更高,低温到高温工作温度更宽、寿命更长、且不沾灰尘和雨水,广泛应用于宇航、航空、航海、原子能工业领域。文章综述了MoS2干膜在机载导弹系统润滑减摩的常规应用,以及防烧粘、防腐蚀、600℃高温和洁净润滑等特殊应用。
As MoS2 solid film can bear heavier loads, work at higher or lower temperature, has longer life, and cannot be contaminated by rain, dust and sand than common oil and grease, it is widely applied in aerospace, aviation, seafaring, and atomic energy industries. This paper discusses MoS2 solid film' s common applications as lubrication and wear decrease, as well as special applications as ablativeerosive-residue-adhering protection, corrosion protection, lubrication over 600℃ and in high clean situations, etc.
