摘要
提出的新型三并联内啮合齿轮泵,采用同步定轴传动原理,分析了其结构及工作原理,并通过理论推导得出了瞬时输出流量的计算公式。通过对瞬时流量定性分析,证明该型齿轮泵流量脉动很小,输出流量显著增大。
Proposed a new three parallel gear pump, it used a synchronous fixed axis transmission principle. Analysis of its structure and working principle, and by the theoretical formula deduced instantaneous output flow. By qualitative analysis of the instantaneous flow rate, it is oroved that this type of gear pump flow pulsation is small and output flow has a significant increase.
