摘要
阐述了一般工控机的定义和组成,介绍了CPCI工控机的特点和优势,以涂胶台为例,讲述了CPCI工控机的具体组成结构及功能,根据维修经验,对工控机蓝屏、通讯问题等典型故障的解决方法进行了分析说明。
The definition and components of general industry personal computer is described. Characteristic and ascendancy of IPC based on CPCI bus technology is introduced. As a example, structure and function of coater＇s CPCI IPC are introduced. Depend on the work experience, the trouble solution to some typical fault such as IPC blue screen, communication problem are analyzed.
