摘要
改革开放以来的中国政治体制改革(以下简称"政改")在执政理念、各项制度建设、人民民主权力保障等多方面取得了重大进步,取得的基本经验有:立足于中国国情;以渐进方式推进改革;坚持以人为本和"法治"理念等。十八大进一步明确了中国政改的方向。十八大之后,中国继续积极稳妥推进政改,已经有了初步效果。中国政改虽然道路还很漫长,但前景乐观。
China＇ s political system reform has made significant progress in the ruling idea, the system construction, the people＇s democratic rights and other aspects. The 18th CPC National Congress further defined the direction of China＇s political system reform. After that, China has continued to push forward its political system reform actively and steadily and has had preliminary achievement. Although China＇s political system reform still has a long way to go, the prospect is optimistic.
