摘要
神经源性膀胱是脊髓损伤后常见且棘手的临床并发症。通过对近十年来国内针灸治疗脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱的文献报道进行收集整理,从针灸治疗脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱的疗效、常用方法等方面分析,并提出针灸治疗脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱临床研究的不足之处及今后的研究方向。
Neurogenic bradder is the most common complication of the patients with spinal cord injuries.Reports of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on neurogcnic bladder after spinal cord injuries at home in recent ten years were collected.Curative effects and common therapeutic methods of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injuries were comprehensively analyzed. And current deficiencies as well as the future research direction of acupuncture and moxibustion tremment on neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injuries was put forward.
