2型糖尿病瘀热证与脂代谢紊乱及糖尿病病程相关性研究 被引量:3

Study on Correlation among Stagnated Heat Syndrome of Type 2 Diabetes Liqid Metabolic and Disease Course

摘要 目的:探讨2型糖尿病瘀热证与脂代谢紊乱及糖尿病病程之间的关系,寻找糖尿病瘀热证临床客观指标,为糖尿病瘀热证诊疗提供客观依据。方法:收集符合2型糖尿病瘀热证诊断标准的患者共计143例,对其瘀热证证候进行积分,分为轻(A)、中(B)、重(C)3组。检测各组患者血脂(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C),记录各组患者病程。结果:3组间比较:TC、LDL-C差异具有显著性,病程长短具有差异性。3组间TC、LDL-C及病程随瘀热程度呈升高趋势。2型糖尿病瘀热证患者瘀热证候积分与TC、LDL-C呈显著正相关(P<0.01),与TG及病程呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病瘀热证患者瘀热程度与其病程及TC、TG、LDL-C呈正相关,随瘀热程度的加深,病程及TC、LDL-C呈上升趋势。 Objective : To explore the relationship between stagnanted heat syndrome of type 2 diabetes and dyslipidemia and course, looking for the clinical objective index, and providing objective basis for diagnosis and treatment of it. Methods : It was conducted 143 patients with the syndrome of stagnated heat of type 2 diabetes who were divided into mild ( A ), moderate ( B ), and serious ( C ) three groups.Detection of serum lipids in patients in each group ( TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C ) was carried out and the course of disease in patients in each group was recorded. Results : The comparison among three groups : TC and LDL-C had significant difference ; the length of the course had the difference.Among the three groups, TC, LDL-C and duration were increased with the degree of heat and blood stasis. A significant positive correlation existed between stagnanted heat syndrome of type 2 diabetes in patients with integral and TC, LDL-C (P〈0.01), and positively relates to TG and disease duration ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion : There is a positive correlation between stagnated heat syndrome in type 2 diabetes and levels of TC, TG, LDL-e as well as the disease course. With the increasing stagnated heat levels of TC, TG, LDL-c and disease courses have an increased trend.
